Over 200 homeless and abandoned animals each year find a new home through our organization-shelter- could you help us?

 

We're always trying to help our furry friends,even when it's seems impossible we somehow find the way to help the ones that are really in need. Many of our citizens that inform us about them often forget about the animal very soon. However, we never give up on the animal, but give our best to cure, recover and feed them, even though we sometimes don't have a clue how we will make it through another day... :( These are some of them, to some we have already help, some are still under treatment, and yet many have forgotten about them.. We are aware that there are incoming feast days, winter holidays, New Year, but animals don't know that, to them, the only thing that matters is to have food and a warm place to recover... :( We just have no more ideas how and where to seek help, even some of the restaurants and bakeries can't halp us as they used to... Sometimes we get food full with mould which is practically useless, the only thing that remains is to manage further and ask you who support us here on this page, only a couple of you haven't given up on us, and help is very much needed, it is getting colder by day :'( we have operated animals, and a couple of animals that have chronic diseases , and the bills are huge:

Vet bills for treatments and surgeries

Food bills

Cat litter bills

Electricity bills which will very soon be disconnected and over 40 animals will be in complete dark :(

Water bills

-we managed out of our own incomes to pay for the car registration 2 months ago, but we just couldn't afford to raise money to get a new car battery and the car is useless, we have to get by and find someone to drive us to the vet and back, when the weather is finewe go by foot, and by bicycle, but now, when the weather is colder daily, it is not at all good for sick animals to be dragged in cold weather or for us, it is just too much. If there is someone who is willing to donate a car battery that would also be helpful becausethen we would be able to transport the animals to the vet and back, and to pick up injured animals on the road. 5 of us tries so hard to cover the city and the surrounding areas, and when we physically can't make it, we are doing everything to provide veterinary help for the injured animal that was found by our fellow citizen.

Those members who chose to be passive and to just pay the monthly membership, just don't understand that those 2 eu, to some animal means life! We just don't have strength to call people and remind them that some of them haven't paid membership fee for a whole year :/

FOOD: DOG FOOD, CAT FOOD, CAT LITTER, TINNED FOOD CAN ALSO BE DONATED BECAUSE THE FOOD IS ON THE MINIMUM, WE HAVE OVER 40 SOULS IN ORPAK, AT PRESIDENT'S HOUSE WE HAVE OVER 30 THAT ARE BEING FOSTERED, VACCINES FOR CATS AND DOGS, DEWORMING TABLETS,WE'VE HAD 3 OSTHEOSYNTHESIS, AROUND 10 NEUTERING AND SAPAYING,LOTS OF SICK ANIMALS...Many things have been settled, but also many are on hold because WE HAVE NO MEANS TO PAY THEM :/

With all the thins that we are facing daily, we are trying to find good homes for all the little ones we take in, and we are very grateful to those that adopted animals from us, but you must also realize that many animals are less or not at all adoptable, those less lucky, they ALL EAT DAILY...WE BEG YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT EVEN THE SMALLEST CONTRIBUTION MEANS THE WORLD TO THEM <3

IF MANY OF YOU DONATE ONLY 10EU PER MONTH WE WOULD BE ABLE TO COVER ALL THE DEBTS, TO BUY FOOD, TO TREAT THE ONES THAT FOUND SANCTUARY AT OUR PLACE, SHARING ALSO MEANS A LOT CLICKING A 'LIKE ' BUTTON CAN'T FEED THEM OR CURE THEM. PLEASE HELP!
